The best time of the year is finally here—Spring and Summer! This season always feels like a reset for me. The flowers start blooming, the days get longer, the sun comes back out, and life feels lighter. It’s the season of rooftop brunches, beach days, vacations, poolside lounging, and warm nights that turn into unforgettable memories. How could you not love it?
And of course, one of my favorite parts of the season is the fashion. Spring/Summer style always feels more fun, effortless, and expressive. From timeless classics to bold statement trends, this season’s fashion lineup is full of pieces that make getting dressed exciting again.
Here are a few of my favorite trends right now:
Polka Dots
Polka dots have been trending since last year, but I consider them a classic at this point. They’re one of those prints that never truly go out of style. Feminine, flirty, playful, and easy to style. Polka dots just work. Whether it’s a chic blouse, a flowing skirt, or the perfect dress, this print instantly adds charm to an outfit. I genuinely get excited every time I see a cute polka dot piece because it always gives effortless vintage glamour with a modern twist.
Fringe
Fringe is back again this season, and somehow it’s even bigger and bolder than before. It’s everywhere—skirts, dresses, bags, jackets, pants… wherever fringe can fit, designers are adding it lol. And the more dramatic, the better. Fringe adds movement, personality, and a little bit of fun to any look. It’s playful but still makes a statement. I’ve already picked up a few fringe pieces in my favorite color (red if you didn't know), and I cannot wait to style them this season.
Lace & Silk
Lace and silk together? A match made in heaven! These fabrics are timeless, feminine, luxurious, and elegant all at once. There’s something about the softness and sophistication of silk paired with delicate lace details that feels effortlessly beautiful. I’m especially loving this season’s lace-trim satin skirts, camisole tops, slip dresses, and even silk shorts. The pieces feel romantic without trying too hard, and they’re lightweight enough for warmer weather while still looking elevated.

Elevated Crochet
Crochet is a Spring/Summer staple for me. It instantly gives vacation energy and works perfectly for beach days, yacht outings, brunches, festivals, and tropical getaways. What I love most is how crochet has evolved over the years. It’s no longer just simple swim cover-ups—now we’re seeing elegant crochet gowns, detailed appliqués, sequins, embroidery, and beautifully crafted sets. I actually have a crochet gown sitting in my closet waiting for the perfect occasion (smh). Right now though, I’m especially obsessed with crochet sets because they’re so versatile. You can wear them together or mix and match the pieces with other items in your wardrobe. I also love seeing more people learn how to crochet and create their own custom pieces. Maybe one day I’ll learn too!
Sets
At this point, I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving a good set. Crochet sets, knit sets, linen sets, denim sets—I love them all. They make getting dressed so easy while still looking polished and intentional. I’m especially drawn to linen sets with bold prints, stripes, tropical patterns, or globally inspired designs. They give relaxed luxury in the best way. Plus, the versatility is unmatched. You can wear the pieces together for a coordinated look or style them separately with other staples in your closet. Whether it’s a skirt set, pant set, or even a capri set, they always make a statement without feeling overdone.
